The Mr. Zero  is correct!

The name for Julian's 4th album "Help Yourself," which was released in 1991, came to Mr. Zero (a friend of the producer, Bob Ezrin) in a dream.. He dreamed the album should be called "Help Yourself" and called Bob Ezrin at 4am to tell him... when Bob told Julian, Julian said 'Yeah, that pretty much rounds it up' and the rest is history... to read more about the making of 'Help Yourself' read:  The Julian Lennon Interview with John S.
